Zucca Games Inc., a corporation incorporated in the State of Delaware with its registered office at 262 Chapman Rd Ste 240, Newark, Delaware 19702 ("JoyFlick", "we", "us", or "our"), is committed to providing a safe, fair, and enjoyable gaming experience.
This Responsible Gaming Policy (the "RGP") describes the protections and resources we provide to help you stay in control of your play. This RGP is incorporated into and forms part of our Terms of Service. Capitalized terms not defined here have the meanings given in the Terms of Service.
Our contests are skill-based competitions in which outcomes are determined by player ability. We nonetheless recognize that any activity involving real money and competitive play warrants strong player-protection measures. We encourage all Players to decide on a personal budget before they begin playing.
1. Eligibility and Age Restrictions
All Players must be at least eighteen (18) years of age, or twenty-one (21) in jurisdictions where that higher age is required for cash-entry play. We enforce this requirement through:
- Age acknowledgment. An age-acknowledgment consent during account onboarding.
- Identity verification. Identity verification through our third-party provider, Sumsub, including date-of-birth confirmation, before your first withdrawal.
- Store age rating. An 18+ app-store age rating with appropriate content descriptors.
Players found to be underage will have their accounts immediately suspended, pending contests cancelled, and any deposited funds returned. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under thirteen (13); see our Privacy Policy for details of our compliance with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act, 15 U.S.C. §§ 6501–6506.
2. Account Controls
2.1 Account deletion
You may request deletion of your account at any time through the in-app account-deletion process or by contacting [email protected]. Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
When you submit a deletion request, if your wallet balance is greater than $0, your request enters a grace period during which you may withdraw your remaining funds. Any remaining available cash balance will be returned subject to identity verification and applicable processing times. Bonus Cash and Diamonds are permanently forfeited upon deletion. You may cancel your deletion request at any time during the grace period.
Upon completion of the deletion process, your account will be permanently deactivated; personally identifying information (email, display name, avatar, and referral data) will be anonymized; and financial records (transactions, contest entries) will be retained in anonymized form in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable legal obligations.
2.2 Taking a break
If you want to stop playing, you may stop entering contests at any time and withdraw your available cash balance subject to the withdrawal terms in the Terms of Service. If you would like your account restricted or closed, contact us at [email protected] and we will assist you.
2.3 Managing your spending
Entry fees are displayed before you join any contest, and your balance and transaction history are available in the app so that you can track what you have spent. We encourage all Players to set a personal entertainment budget and to review their transaction history regularly.
3. Fair Play and Transparency
Responsible gaming also means fair gaming. We maintain the following practices so that every Player has a fair experience:
- Identical starting conditions. All Players in a contest receive the same seeded content, generated from a shared seed that is cryptographically committed before play begins and revealed after the tournament closes. Outcomes are determined by skill, not luck.
- Transparent pricing. Entry fees and prize amounts are clearly displayed before you enter any contest.
- No hidden costs. JoyFlick does not charge fees for deposits or withdrawals. Third-party payment processors and blockchain networks may charge their own fees, which are disclosed before you confirm a transaction.
- Server-authoritative scoring. All scores are validated server-side. The client cannot fabricate or alter results.
4. Recognizing Problem Behavior
We encourage you to be mindful of your relationship with real-money competitive play and with your gaming time generally. Consider seeking support if you:
- Spend more money on contests than you can afford.
- Chase losses by entering higher-tier contests to try to win back previous losses.
- Feel anxious or irritable when not playing.
- Neglect personal, professional, or family responsibilities due to time spent on the Platform.
- Borrow money to fund contest entries.
- Lie to others about how much time or money you spend on the Platform.
If any of these apply to you, we encourage you to reach out to the resources listed in Section 5.
5. Support Resources
If you or someone you know is experiencing difficulty with gaming behavior, the following organizations provide free, confidential support. We are not affiliated with any of these organizations.

6. Our Internal Practices
- Staff awareness. All JoyFlick team members with player-facing responsibilities receive training on responsible-gaming principles, including how to recognize signs of problematic behavior and how to direct Players to appropriate resources.
- Marketing standards. We commit to marketing practices that do not target minors or vulnerable populations; misrepresent the likelihood of winning; encourage excessive play or spending; use language that trivializes the financial risks of contest participation; or pressure Players to deposit or increase deposits.
- Monitoring and enforcement. We monitor Platform activity for patterns that may indicate problematic behavior, including rapid successive deposits, repeated deposits immediately following contest losses, and unusually high contest-entry frequency. When concerning patterns are detected, we may reach out to the Player with responsible-gaming resources or, in appropriate cases, temporarily restrict account activity pending review.
- Continuous improvement. We regularly review and update our responsible-gaming practices. Player feedback on our responsible-gaming features is welcome at [email protected].
7. Regulatory Compliance
This RGP is part of JoyFlick's broader commitment to compliance with applicable laws and industry best practices. Our responsible-gaming program is designed to satisfy applicable requirements from app-store guidelines governing real-money contests, state consumer-protection laws in jurisdictions where the Platform operates, applicable state operator-registration regimes, and the requirements of our payment processors.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this RGP from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through in-app notifications and by posting the updated policy on the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.
